I am ZEST member from past 2 years. I stayed almost all the Zest resorts. resorts are well maintained and they provide good hospitality. But here the Question is. is it worth to have Zest Membership for staying 6 nights in a year in their 5 resorts?.
Currently they have only 5 resorts they plan to grow. but it will take another 5 - 10 years. how many resorts they will grow in this duration. may be 3 more resorts. so total 8 resorts in coming 10 years.
As a professional, Each time when we take a short break(their tag line) we usually take 2-3 nights. so in a year if we take 2-3 breaks.we can use all the 6 nights. so in 3 years you can cover all the 8 resorts.
now are you really interested to go to same place again and again? don’t you feel its boring to see the same place? I don’t mind staying in the same place. but here I am not alone. if I think about the family. Then definitely. NO NO NO. because simple reason let us explore new places. we are taking Break from work, why do we need to see same place again and again. then how can we cover rest of the new places in this country? for covering rest of the places You need to take another break from Work? NO WAY! This is what I am currently Experiencing!. because I have finished all their resorts. Now is membership worth?
One more reason -> If you want to book their resort as a member most of the time you need to book one month advance. other wise they will tell the rooms are filled. but actually the rooms are not occupied. I faced this several times. CALL 30280000 and ask for availability, then they will tell no rooms available. CALL directly to the resort and ask for the rooms(Don’t reveal that you are member, tell them that you will pay and you don’t have membership), they will tell you that rooms are available.for the same day. other wise CALL 30277798 and ask for availability, they say rooms available. You can try.
Instead of all these. You just pay as you use. means Don’t go for Membership. instead BOOK the rooms when ever you want, where ever you want, and which ever resort you want. You will not be bound to one Resort. Happy Vacations!
