I was just created my account and shared my PAN with Zestmoney and instantly they made an enquiry on my CIBIL for loan application which I didn’t even ask for.
Again after few months their system automatically putting hard loan enquiries on my CIBIL which I didn’t even applied for. When I reached their customer support they ware firstly they didn’t have a proper support team, and when they received the call they ware talking to someone else on the call the not even listing to my issue.
