I am a student. I had downloaded the app Zeta because my mom work for LIC of India so she gets paid by some bonus Meal Coupons, which is like a currency for buying only food related items. Since last year the Meal Coupons are gone and now Sodexo has started with the system of Meal Card. The Meal Card is like a debit card and can also be used for shoping online.
Zeta is the application needed to manage the users Sodexo Meal Card.
Here’s what I feel about the app. I have divided into Pros ( Positivity) and Cons ( Negativity) .
Pros :
The app has a good user-interface and navigating through it is easy.
The app provides you several offers which benifts the user.
It has a Static Pin System ( PIN that doesn’t change) and a Dynamic Pin System ( PIN that changes in 60 Seconds) .
You can control almost everything related to your Sodexo Meal Card from this app.
It helps you locate merchants accepting Sodexo Meal Card in your locality at the click of a button.
You can check your balance and transactions made in the Passbook section.
You can put a PIN for the app Zeta to prevent any unauthorized access to the user’s Sodexo Meal Card.
You can temporarily block and unblock your card through the Zeta app.
Cons :
The app needs some little more new feature to be added.
Offers are sometimes bad.
If I had to rate this app on its overall performance and service I would give it a score of 6/10 thats a 60% with respect in comparison with its alternatives.
