Bought this as my house is in a pretty isolated area and needed some extra security. The sales person (G R Electricals chennai) promised to install it the very next day but took nearly a month to get the service person to install it. Cited his busy schedule.. And the person who installed it did not give proper instructions.
When we called up the salesperson he came once, tried correcting it but could not do it properly and later washed off his hands asking us to check with the servicing guy.. And the latter asked us to contact the sales person for anything as installation was done already..
It still does not work properly and there is nobody to help us out.. Better to stay away from this.
