To put it simply Zicom is a CHOR (Cheater) company. Stay away from them.They and their dealers in Bangalore (Creative Technologies) are hand in hand in looting and fooling customers.
They quoted 29, 500 for a 16 channel DVR, the same model was quoted at 14, 499 by a Thane dealer. On top of that, the manager of Creative Technology acts totally nonchalant about this.When I pointed out this discrepancy, he laughed, and said that this is how Zicom makes money. I could not believe it. And then he promptly added that he will return the advance and take back his cameras.
They were trying to hoodwink the customer at every point. They even charged me for 8 power adapters while fixing only 5. What a cheap company, thank God I found out about them early on...
