For my online real estate business based out of Kanpur, I was looking for a Virtual Receptionist service on a 1800 / Toll Free number. After looking at different options in the market I selected ziffy because there offering was most cost effective. I was promised a professionally recorded sound but I never got one despite weeks of follow-up. 2 months into the service - I started getting complaints from people that my toll free number was actually not reachable all the time. The customer service representative by the name Ms Richa was adamant that there was no problem with the service.
I was frustrated and decided to put 3 people in my office to do a test. We made about 90 phone calls from morning to evening and found that only 68 calls went through. The Ziffy team continued to remain in absolute denial of this. I demanded ownership of my number but was tersely refused. I felt as if my entire business was held hostage by them.
I would want request all SMEs looking for a Toll Free solution not to consider this company and beware of its fraudulent ways. Phone number is vital to business - make sure you do not take this or any service where you do not have control over your business phone number.
