Delivery was fast, yes, but the packaging felt rushed and not as premium as its contenders are aiming and excelling at. When I tried reaching out to support, the response took longer than I hoped, which is an instant customer killer for a new E-commerce venture. I think the concept is solid and the style is on-trend, but the execution needs more work and attention. If they refine these details, ZILO could easily become the next best thing in fashion after Myntra.
