my name is rohit and today I am writing about zimmber and have checked the negative reviews here. but I beg to differ as I Had a good experience with Zimmber.
What: Book services online and the serviceman(whom they call champ!) arrives and completes the work. With a definitive rate card, you wont get cheated.(A reason, I booked this service!)
My Experience: On searching online I got to know about Zimmber. I had booked an plumber on 23rd may at 12:20 pm for a 7pm appointment. I then read the negative reviews on Mouthshut and got a bit worried. The plumber didn’t arrive until it was 7:15pm. I was a bit irritated since the timing given was 7pm. finally he came on 8pm. The plumber seemed knowledgeable and did his work swiftly. We didnt have a very high table but he didnt complain and managed to fix the tap, somehow. We purchased few nuts and bolts as he mentioned for fixing the tap and angle valve.
The total bill came to Rs.300 for fixing two units of plumbing items.
Last Word: Overall, my experience was good. A bit displeased by the punctuality, but forgivable since Mumbai’s traffic is bad! Definitely Recommending!
