Placed an order for geyser installation at 12 pm.got a confirmation on the app and then a confirmation message.zimmber cust service called me at 3 and confirmed agin for the 3rd time. den the vendor who is assigned the job calls me 8 times in a duration of 8 mins wen iam in an imp meeting.anyhow I call him back and he says its for confirmation.so I confirm again for the 4th time.finally the service time 6 pm arrives and no one turns up after wasting my time on confirming again and again. I finally call zimmber cust service at 7 pm and explain to them the situation .the agent on the line gives me the perfect solution."i will give you an email, go ahead and provide a negative feedback for the vendor" annoyed by the response I call for a supervisor.who apologizes and books the service for the next day.i thought zimmber using technology to address the pain points in home services.if I have to waste a whole day and even then didnt get the service . I was better sticking with a service like just dial.i used zimmber for the convenience and all I got was a wasted day.
