They just try to make money without doing proper services. I got the AC gas refilled by them and got 6 months warranty. When I asked for the documents for warranty, they said you will get it on email. I never got the warranty on email and after 2 months the AC stopped doing the cooling.
When I asked them to get it checked, initially they kept ignoring and after chasing them for 15 days they sent an executive to get it checked. The executive said there is no gas in the AC.
Now I am wondering where did the gas go? Was my AC farting or what? when I called their customer support and vendor according to them the warranty is changed to 3 months now. Which means when its about making money Zimmber is best but when its about giving services Zimmber fu.king doesn’t care about customers. Don’t ever use Zimmber, they are bloody chor who is fooling around the customers and making money.
