Staff is not at all helpful

The staff is not at all helpful. twice I faced trouble with the Staff and the driver.


First time I booked a cab and it was suppose to come at sony world signal.I called the driver to check where is he and he is telling me mam I am in 100ft road I can’t come some other cab will come talk with customer support.I called customer support and he is telling me your booking is cancelled mam, I was so angry at that time if my booking is canceled and why I got the confirmation mail from you people.


Second time I booked a cab from NGV gate at 9.21 AM and I am calling him after reaching there that driver is telling me I left as it 9.23 .In my watch it was still 9.17 AM.Then my reaction was might be my watch is slow, I asked him what is the waiting time he is telling me 3 minutes.If the waiting time is 3 min then also you should leave at 9.24 AM. This is what these people do.


Be ware before booking a cab especially when you are getting late for office.
