Zipker is an online fashion store for women. Lately, a friend of mine ordered a top from this store, which I actually felt was overpriced, turned out to be a total disappointment. The product was not as good as it should be, ;there are much better options in offline stores at the same price. Also, they have a lot of hidden terms and policies and the worst of them is no refund. Yes you heard it right, they don’t have a refund policy they offer replacement instead. Their app keeps crashing all the time. The products are immensely overpriced compared to other online and offline stores, and their products are not satisfactory and so is their service. A thumbs down for this online fashion store.
