I have gone through the website, I wanted to exchange my old moto-g phone with a nexus. The other party was in Bhatinda, he was ready to send it but zippserves was not willing to give service for free, also they told they need 1 month to deliver the phone from Bhatinda to Bangalore. They should make it free like another e-commerce website so that more people can get benefited. I am truly disappointed.
