Zippserv service is very good. They analyze the property and give you honest opinion.
For me the transaction, didn’t work out as the documents provided by seller were not proper. After rechecking and analyzing with Zippserv / HSM Lawyer - I was saved. This thing and guidance you will never get any where in market.
Even if you go for bank loans, Bank also may sometimes skip or ignore some checks as they have targets to complete to sell home loan. Even if the property is not good. You will have to pay bank installments. Bank will simply hold you responsible for paying installments irrespective of property on which loan is given.
If you want to buy something in Bangalore then Zippserv is very useful as you have to be very cautious.

Kindly request you to take action against the user - abhishekyadav5121 who is using my order ID to malign the image of a good company. Ask him for any details of order or service - he will not be able to provide any as he if a completely fake user. I am sure you will take action against such users.
Order Id. OD171805-00325 is my order id. I can post invoice(bill), show that day credit card transaction also if required. - I can provide you all proofs that its was my order id.
Zippserv admins are very helpful. You can go back to them as many times you want. If you hire some other lawyer he may not entertain you much. All and all very good service and highly recommended. They have also been recommended by many leading publications, newspapers which are much more credible then the review posted by fake users who have never used any service of zippserv and just copy pasted from some other review and used my order id.
