Heres my story.
Tried out Zivame.com for the first time and ordered(order # 194387466) a few stuff which I fancied on the 28th of May 2016. There were 3 items in the cart, paid for it and was all delivered all toodiscreetly enough before I could utter the word "Zivame" on 30th which is today. Quite happy with all that had it not been for this humongous arrogance post the bungle up.
They deliver two items of the list and seem to have forgotten about the third one and when I call these people up to tell them about this and ask them whether they would keep me informed about the escalation, the girl who picks up at the other end hush into the phone and sayno, they dont send any mail to confirm that the escalation has been initiated" and on the top of the that has the audacity to tell me the item had gone out of stock after Id ordered it. In that case, the crappy website Zivame shouldve alerted me to it! This is definitely not the way to win customers.I mean. how atrocious can they get!? Perhaps its time for these cute lingerie people to get their script right at least if not the tone used.
Anyway cutting the long story short, this is definitely not the way to go Zivame. Please make sure you credit whatever virtualcoins into my Zivame account and post that, refund the money back into my bank account like you promised.
Im posting this here only coz you people would blame it all on the ill framed companyprocedures choosing to keep the customers like me in the dark about the escalation and offering no control whatsoever to revert back if theres a mess up from your end which is again very likely. So much for Zivame efficiency and customer loyalty! Ill keep you all informed about how Zivame reverts back on the issue lest someone fall prey to such treatment.
Viva La Zivame!.wish I could hail. But like the saying goes, If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, wed all have a merry Christmas and boy! did Zivame spoil the party!?
