Now a days there are so many companies which are coming online with their stores. In that Zivame.com is one of them. I am sure this will wind up if they continue to service their customers in a pathetic manner. First they take the order even when they do not have stock, secondly they lie to their teeth saying they called the customer to inform about the same. when asked for proof, they do not want to put those proofs on website as it will expose their lies.
Lastly, when you get someone online chat, they do not even respond to your questions in time and make you frustrated and leave the chat. Although I had placed the orders earlier, in the recent times the service has gone to dogs and hence I suggest everyone to avoid this online store even if they are ready to give large discounts.
One more point, I missed. they try to avoid refunding your amount for various reasons and try to give store credit and the rep says it is their company policy and questioned where it is mentioned they will immediately transfer your call you some other person who poses himself or her self as a decision maker in the company and tries to talk to you sweetly to lure back in taking the store credit. They are only good to apologize and nothing else.
If they had any ethics, they could have transformed this business into an international company, but they will never be. In fact with their current attitude I am not sure when they will close down.
