Zivame.com is definitely a good exclusive website for women’s personal needs. The idea of shopping lingerie online with discreet packaging and freedom of buying from a vast range of products without asking a male salesman and revealing your size is simply helpful.
I’ve shopped many times on Zivame.com, and have had mixed experience. While the website is great to look at with innumerable attractive choices, all the products are not good and some of them are very expensive.
While some of the products that I bought were good, others were not so good considering their price tags. Also it is very important to choose the right size and products from well known brands while shopping here, or you’ll end up facing problems.
Till now, have not returned or exchanged any products, so can’t comment on the service. But whenever I order, I get multiple confirmation calls, so just hope that their CC executives are active and would be helpful.
