Recently I have made two purchases from Zivame and I regret to say my experience with them has been terrible.
It is not a co incidence that both my orders were delayed. The worst is the Customer service team which never bothers to intimate the customer in advance in case of any delays!
My first order was not shipped out until the 8th day when I called inquiring about my order. To my amazement after I called they informed me that one of the product is out of stock! It took them 8 days to realize that I product is out of stock. I had to call them repeatedly and follow up to get my order delivered .
My second order has the worse story from above. On the 6 day I called them inquiring about my order and this time they come up with some technical issue excuse. Currently it’s been ten days and my order is still not shipped out. For the past 5 days I have been following it up to get my order shipped, and every day one CS executive comes up with a fake promise of shipping it out today! They never bother to call up customers and keep them updated in case of delays, they give blind email replies to customers, just copy paste some email templates as replies. There is no commitment towards a customer!.
I don’t know what ZIVAME is planning to sustain on. In a e commerce industry you can only win by giving the best customer experience! I AM NEVER ordering from ZIVAME again.
Please as I said yesterday also save me from the horror and kindly refund my money at least!
