Worst Experience in online shopping-Zivame. Devious deals and equally devious customer care. Ordered a buy 2, get 1 free item through net payment. Since we did not find the free item in the order sheet, we even called & checked with their customer care and they told us that the free item will be delivered.
No item came in the delivery. Then we called them & they cooly tell us that you should have ordered 3 items & the lowest priced one will be given free & there is a link on the website with this information. Such information should come when we click the free offer link and the customer need not go searching for it on the site.
They just wanted to close the matter. Their customer care told us to return the product and we will get a refund by a coupon. Since the dealings so far were horrible, we did not return the product as we very much doubt if they will refund the money. So, we thought that at least lets have the product we got and not loose both the money & the product.
We placed an order the another competitor site and got the same type of offer with minimum fuss. We will not recommend any one to shop at Zivame. Please don’t be fooled by their ads. We even sent them a screen shot of the ad offer. Worst customer care-Zivame.
This advice is given by me after buying and paying for the product so that others don’t make the mistake of shopping at Zivame by the enticing advertisements online.
