VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ZIWAME OVER REFUND ISSUES

I AM GOING THRU A SIMILAR ISSUE. THEIR COURIER PARTNER BLUE DART HANDED OVER THE PARCEL TO SOME RANDOM PERSON IN THE BUILDING WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME. MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON SEPTEMBER 12, SHOWS DELIVERED BUT THE PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED. I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY SENDING OUT MY GREVIENCE TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ALL THEY SEND ME A TICKET SAYING THAT IT WILL BE LOOKED INTO THE NEXT 72 HOURS. THIS EXERCISE HAS BEEN GOING OUT SINCE THE LAST ONE MONTH.ZIWAME SHOULD BE SORTING OUT THEIR PROBLEM WITH THEIR COURIER PARTNER, BUT THEY CHOSE TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS SUFFER. SUCH A SHAME
