I stumbled upon Zivame and was attracted by the good collection and discounts offered. Then I checked the reviews and found that the feedback was not good. However, on seeing at many places that it was India’s largest on line L-store, I decided to give it a try. I placed an order on COD basis(didn’t want to lose money by making online payment;-) on Tuesday morning. After an hour, I got an automated call requesting for confirmation of order. As per the website, the shipping time was 3-4 days. Since I was likely to go out of town by Saturday, I called up customer care on the same day and they told it will be delivered in 3-4 days. On Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from their customer care, again for order-confirmation. The executive also asked why I initially tried for online banking and then went for COD. I asked her when I’d receive the shipment. She said’in 5 days’. I again asked her’Am I likely to get it on Saturday?’ She promptly replied’No mam’.
To my surprise, I got a call from the delivery person the next day(Thursday) and the products were delivered by 2:00 pm.
The products were as described- good brands-original and had latest packing dates.
One item was packed more than a year back, (Strangely enough, this one was not carrying any discount, while the others had a nice discount)
I expected the worst, but got the best. BTW I’m from Bangalore, and I understand that they ship from Bangalore, may be coz of that I got the shipments fast.
