Their sales support is very very bad.I placed an order on 17th Aug and even today I have not received the product.They had send a mail with an Airway Bill Number.But when I checked , this AWB number does not even exists. Just now I called up the customer support to get the correct courier details, then they are saying". You can wait till tomorrow, Even then if you are not getting, please call us again".Very bad , I should say. Please don’t try zivame.It is mentioned " Shipped within 5 days".
Even after 11 days, I am still waiting for the products that I ordered. Please don’t buy from sites that do not keep the words.
