Best shopping websites but crappiest service. I had booked few products and the order was confirmed. The worst part I received a call from saying that they had few items they had added online cannot be shipped as it was priced Rs 0/- as it was a technical glich. And they cancelled the order. And asked us to reorder and when trying to do that some of the products were out of stock.
They agree their mistakes but they dont want to correct them. And they are least bothered when we say we will complain against them, I hope this has become a mechanical process, we customers book product and they cancel.
