I have ordered a product from Zivame on 13th sept but mistakenly I had put wrong contact no hence I didnot get the product but its showing got delivered...Then I informed to Zivame customer service the same and from past 20 days after 3 days when I am following up theyre just trying to make me false believe on them that they will refund me after 72 hrs.....but unfortunately has not come till today.I have the recorded voice as a proof and email from them.
today also I called customer care but they are telling nothing is updated they cant tell anything and then I asked them to make me talk with their manager but she told it cannot be happen now.
