It was my first order to zivame for inner wear with lot of hesitation. I have ordered medium size, which according to their size chart was 95 to 100 cm and what I had received was Small size of 80-85 cms. I cant even attempt to get into it.:)
I called up their customer care but he cant help. PATHETIC. felt frustrated to even talk to him.
Secondly I have ordered 6 products and paid the amount by credit card and they have sent only 4 products. 2 products are NOT AVAILABLE. Then why the hell they take order for it.and balance money they said will come the form of coupons. I don’t need any coupons.I think the money is completely lost.
I will not recommend any one to order anything from zivame. its completely cheat and loss of your valuable money. First and last bad experience.

Thanks to mouthshut . may be the above mentioned review reached Zivame. Zivame called 3 times and came running to change the size. Cheers. Money Saved and felt not cheated.
