Recently I ordered some bras and got them with ordered size tags but its measurement is wrong. On receipt of items I use to delete relevant emails and hence could not produce the order id. We realized this size problem on the 3rd day of receipt. Then contacted the customer support team.
They politely say sorry but never answered the core issue. Always I use to receive round round replies without firm answer to core issue. I requested them send the band extenders to resolve the issue as I have lost order Id and thrown out return slip as well. But finally they refused to send band extenders as well.
I would like to bring to your attention that they are manipulating the size tag to clear the stock. Hence, they are cheaters and involved in fraud practice.
