Very Bad service, I called the tech support 20 times and no one answered, then a receptionist answered and provided no support. These guys should watch ’Rocket Singh’ to get some training on what ’customer friendliness’ is.
I would recommend that don’t be fooled by their website, Haathi ke daat khaane ke aur, aur dikhane ke aur’
They don’t even keep backups.Their tech support executives are some bunch of cheap uneducated people.
I also came to know that they operate from a flat in a residential area, they have written on their website that they have 100 telephone lines for customer support. But your call will never get picked up.
On the other hand, their finance people will call you promptly if they can’t receive your payment.
