I have only one year experience in web hosting. I have accounts in znet india . Because I was a beginner there was a lot of misunderstandings and difficulties. but now I don’t feel any problem. if any I simply raise a support ticket and call their toll free number after 30 minutes. some times they reply before 30 minutes. The reason why I am writing this review is , regularly manas and several other hosting companies contacts me and when I go trough the reviews no good reviews found. and today when I surfed for net4 reviews it also shows very bad. and then I surfed for znet India same thing happens. Now how we believe in these reviews. some one showing a replay email from znet that his support tickets closed because of inactivity. I have a dozen of support tickets to mark as solved and close. this make no sense. I have rejected all promotional calls since now because of these reviews what I do now?
