I am the webmaster of smsCarpool.com
I was with Znetindia.com for over 6 years !!! And the last year was horrible. Until I was forced to move out. Now I am with a cheaper host, with 100% service as expected.
What was wrong? Well let me put it this way - when it comes to sales, Znetindia.com is good. Well even that they are bad at if you have any extraordinary requirements.
Lets touch some points:
Site is not up more than 95% of the time, if no one is using it !!!
Their technical support does not understand the problems.
The support reacts to a ticket in 4 hrs and understands it in another week. So don’t look forward to a solution soon.
You cannot even upload your website without horror.
Their own website is regularly hacked and down. Well no wonder if this happens to you.
if something is wrong, it is your own fault.
