I am proving Znetindias incompetence with a proof. In the attached photo one can see I raised a ticket on 29/01/2011 and through system date (31/01/2011) one can infer that the first response did not come through even in 48 hours even though this is a high priority issue.
I wonder what happens to other issues. I am an old Znet customer but will change today itself. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ZNETINDIA IF YOU LOVE YOUR BUSINESS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HIGHLY INCOMPETENT.
