Dismal service levels and overall a big zero - they promise features that they cannot support and are not responsive to calls or mails and service tickets.
They do not even refund after repeated queries and requests. We planned to host with them but days together they could not resolve our problems or the issues that we faced, a horrible experience it was for us.
Not once or twice - at least ten plus service tickets were raised but to no avail, it has been quite a bad experience. Based on suggestions we had taken it up but we wouldn’t recommend it to any one else now!
