My relationship with ZNET is not very old, but I must say amongst the four hosting services that I have tried, ZNET is best. Initially ZNET did have some issues which created panic, but at the same time, ZNEt team worked swiftly to resolve those. Also, the fact, every hosting company will have some or other problem, what matters is addressing and understanding of these. And, that is where I think, ZNET stands on top. I would continue to be ZNET for my domains and hosting both as till now I have not found anybody else as committed as them.
