I am a Znet subscriber only for a short time. As I decided to have my own website only recently after doing much research, I found Znet prominent on the Google radar. I contacted a few other hosting companies and somehow didn’t get a proper conviction about them.
After a week’s thinking I chose Znet India because their sales and support staff seemed really kind and knowledgeable. I think I did make the right choice for sure. Soon after upon completion of my site, I tried to upload it in vain and raised a ticket to them how it failed.
The other day I got a reply from them mentioning that site has been successfully uploaded. However when I tried to check it, the site did not show at all. I called them and learnt that due to some issue in the format it happened. They not only corrected the problem but also hosted it on a fast server.
Even so whenever, I have added some new tool or had a problem, these Znet people really came to my help. I simply cannot describe how happy I am to be with Znet. I am very pleased with Znet India and never leave them for any other host.
