I’m a long time reader and first tme poster. I just wanted to convey my views on this so-called best hosting service provider in India. I’m living overseas, and should I say, I had very tough time in getting information I wanted. I believe, I’m the first one to cancel the contract on the same day I signed up! That tells the agony that I had gone through.
- CEO or WHOEVER, said in the website that their reps will be online 24x7 for contact queries. Believe me or not I spend whole night trying to get someone online. I’ve records of all transcripts. Reluctantly though, I made my mind to sign up with ZNet India.
2.I thought, I was with the best hosting service provider despite the worrisome pre-sales experience up until I recieved my first payment confirmation email. The one sent by ccavenue was absolutely fine. The one issued by Znet India is terrible, Very poor construction of Information contributed by a very poor english. NO ORDER NUMBER was mentioned for which I made payment for. Absolutely terrible!
- The user interface, Very poor user interface for members(clients) often resulting in server error. I submitted a ticket(high) to the billing dept, which I CANNOT SEE in the’View Tickets’ area(still awaiting their reply, by the time of this writing).
Conclusion: Experience, though short lived, was not pleasant!
