I want to share this horrible experience, I am having with Zodiac clothing .
I am a very loyal customer of the Z3 shirts and I totally admire the brand and its quality.
But with disappointment I am sharing you this recent experience I had with them. I purchased a white shirt in Zodiac sale in January. Generally their company policy it they dont allow trials on sales products. So, I picked up a white shirt of my regular size which is 39/40. I have nearly 7-8 shirts of same size from Z3. So, I picked up the shirt and next day I left for a wedding to Rajasthan. When I tried the shirt there I felt there was something wrong with the shirt it was not fitting me properly the arm sleeves looked way big. Then when I compared to my other Z3 shirt then I realized the shirt was indeed damage piece and the quality check and let out a elephant under their nose.
When I approached the store for a exchange the bluntly denied that we dont exchange sales stuff. And explaining my problem their ASM(Pradeep)accepted and said me you can exchange these shirt. But that moment there was nothing impressive to pick from. So, I decided to come check later. and after Few weeks when I went again they said the same story that they can exchange and Mr.Pradeep has resigned. I have already visited their store almost 4-5 times and its quite humiliating and I feel cheated. How can some one sell you a damage piece in name of sale?
I have also resisted a complain online and as of now I have not received any response from them. Complaint No:CR-177 date Jan 31.
At this moment I dont see any other option rather than approaching the consumer forum.
Apart for above it still a awesome brand.
