Title:Zoe Busiek, Wild Card

Filmed: This TV Show is filmed in Los Angeles.

Written by: The original writer were Lynn Latham and Bernard Lechowick, but they disappeared after the 6th episode. Now, Steve Blackman, (my nephew), and Greg Ball, who were both born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Theme Song is performed by Amy Sky.

Time that it takes to watch it: It is an one hour show, (including commercials).

The series began in August of 2003.

We see it in Canada on the Global TV Network.

.:The Cast:.

Joely Fisher plays Zoe Busiek.

Chris Potter plays Dan Lennox, the fraud investigator.

Vikki Krinsky plays Taylor, (a niece).

Aislinn Paul plays Hannah, (a niece).

Jamie Johnston plays Cliff, (the nephew).

Loretta Devine plays M. Pearl McQuire, Zoe’s new boss at the Agency.

Rae Dawn Chong plays Sophie Mateson who is the chief investigator at the Agency.

Bronson Picket is Zoe’s partner at the Agency.

.:My Review:.

Zoe Busiek was working as a blackjack dealer, in Las Vegas. She hears that the sister has been killed in a car crash.

Her Sister has named her the guardian to her three children. Zoe has to leave Las Vegas and return to Chicago to take care of her nieces and nephew.

She doesn’t know one thing about taking care of children, and she is frighten to death.

When she meets them she falls in love with them at first site.

Dan Lennox, is the policeman who is investigating the car crash. When he tells Zoe what happened, she doesn’t believe him.

The insurance company refuses to pay the money, because her sister cause the car accident.

She feels her sister was murdered and sets out to prove it. She goes to see a private investigator, and insists she help them with this.

Zoe is the one who proves her sister was murdered. The Company is so impressed with her, they hire her and she now is both a new mother and has a job she would never in a million years, would think she would want.

This ends the first episode and my review. If you want to know how she takes care of the children, solves other cases and if she falls with any one, if you will have to watch this TV show.

.:My Thoughts:.

I was enchanted by this series from the first episode. In Canada we have been watching the show for a year, and I can’t wait until September when this series begins again.

Each character was developed very well, from the first episode. The children are delightful. Joely Fisher is couldn’t be more perfect for this role.

.:My Conclusion :.

If you haven’t seen this series I hope you will.

Thanks for reading my review.
