I recently placed an order with zoffio.com order No. 151102P-801916 on 2nd Nov 2015. I placed this order after seeing their shipping policy which says dispatch in 3-4 days. I called them up on 6th evening after I saw that their was no change to the status of the order. ]
The customer service lady who I spoke to said in such a matter of fact way that the product is out of stock and so we are not able to send. I told her that the material showed in stock while ordering she said that we check stock after taking the order. I asked her when can I get the material and she said when the material is in stock. I am not sure who buys from Zoffio but such slow and non-friendly support is really bad. Look elsewhere.
