Zohraa .com is having a good variety in dresses, so we ordered them online, specially people who are there abroad, but their after sales service is disgusting. No professionalism, No customer service .
On the website they commit you to deliver the product in 7days time (for India) but I got my dress after one month which I actually wanted to give gift to my aunty in India for her birthday.
I had to do 10-15 calls from abroad to get my dress and when I used to cal, l I used to get the answer that in the next two days u will get the delivery, so I was very annoyed with the kind of services they delivered. I don’t think they are professionals enough to give services for online purchases.
I had read the reviews and then I ordered from zohraa.com, but now I think all positives reviews has been put by their own company to create good image, trust me my experience was very bad .
