Hi friends, Today I share my experience about Zojirushi NS -Waq 18 1.8L Electric cooker. I buy this product some months ago after few days its create problem it handle is broken and switch is not working properly. There are no new features available. The food cooked by this cooker remains light brown. It’s display the wrong temperature. This product is very poor. Its not user friendly product. It’s very difficult to handle. This is not durable product. It’s design is old model. Its style is not attractive. Their customer service is not good. They attend the service call after 48 hours. So there service support is not good.
