They are charging extra amount on puchases without our knowledge! I had ordered and bought several food items from zomoto, I use swiggy too! today when ordering some sweets on swiggy app the sweets shop g pullareddy dsnr, hyderabad dont have any hot items on their app, so I did opened the zomoto and found hot items too but, I was happened to see the sweets which were already added on swiggy in zomoto were Rs.20/- extra per kg. I had checked all items and I found that zomoto is collecting extra money for every item, and pretending that they were just charging Rs.10/- only as delivery charges! come on zomoto be transparent and fair, ask us if you aren’t able to do the service within your little delivery fees by increasing your delivery charges, service charges etc but not by cheating us.
