On 13th october, i had ordered from zomato food online with som delight and paid thru paytm. But after that somebody informed that the food of som delight was not so good. I immediately called the restaurant but they asked me to contact zomato. Then i immediately put this concern on zomato chat where your executive told me that there is no cancellation policy. After that within a minute i got a call from zomato wherby i was informed that order will be cancelled and refund will be initiated within 24 hrs. Later my status was showing som delite has declined my order. And then neither i got the food nor the refund within 24 hrs. again i put my concern on the customer care chat where i was informed that my refund has been initiated and it will reflect in my account within next 24 hrs but it again not came. So again i contacted your chat where now it was informed that your order was cancelled due to address issue so no refund will be initiated. I have even the recording of the call from zomato that refund will be given even executive on the chat has also accepted that my refund is in the process but now new story that refund will not be processed as there was an issue wilth my address. So kindly help
