I used the zomato as I got disappointed by the swiggy. The zomato is no better than the swiggy.
I ordered chicken which normally cost around 30 to 50 depending on the variety of veg or non veg. It cost me around 90 plus delivery charge other charges which is high.
And the delivery took around 2 hours to reach. What's wrong with the delivery. It should be fast. I was so hungry. That's a lot of time to deliver the food. And now the customer service, I complain about the delivery time. They were not even acknowledging their mistake they were just blaming the restaurant instead. And the next order also take around 1 hour. So, after that I stopped ordering from the zomato. However, it has good offer during the season but the discount does not worth.
So, I wouldnot recommend this app to anyone instead use the Google to search for the restaurant number and call for the home delivery directly.
