No food delivered, and wrong updates

I ordered food from Biryani zone, HSR layout at 9:30 pm. When order wasnt delivered untill 11:15 pm, I called up and to my shock Biryani zone responds saying they didnt recieve any order.


Its strange that the updates kept happening through app but actually restaurant didn’t receive any order. After lot of chats and follow-ups, money was refunded after 2 days. Atleast these status updates should be done my restaurant and not by any automated tool
