I Ordered 3 Veg Crispy Burger And 1 Burger Veg Supreme Wit Combo From Zomato App And I Paid 188 Amount Through Wallet For That Order After 1 Hour I Recieved My Order Incomplete I Rais A Complaint To Zomato After 20 They Said We Are Refunding You 50% Of Your Undelivered Items I Said If I Have Not Received My Order Then Refund Me Full Amount That I Ordered 117 For 3 Burger I Didn't Received But Zomato Representative Said No Sir It's Not In Our Policy But I Paid Full Amount Why They Are Charging On Me For That Lost Items This Is Zomato Responsibility To Delivered What Costomer Order If He Is Not Received Then They R Charging That Amount From Costomer Please Help Me Regarding This Issue It's Not An Good Thing Every Time And This Time Zomato Charged On Me For His Own Mistakes
