I prefer zometo over swiggy and food panda, but me recent 2 to three experiences are not so good, however their high tex rates need to be revised.
so today I ordered food from zomato, coupon code checked, delivery time checked restaurant accepted order checked, now after half an hour I checked again . food was not delivered, I called valet to which he replied, "madam me aapka khana order nhi kar paunga mene order cancel karne ki koshish ki lekin hua nahi."
I asked him why he did not inform the restaurant or zomato or me to which he cut the phone. ok, I used chat option . I was getting very delayed response so I thought may be due rush hours however I simple question was that if my order was getting delayed why I was not informed in time. I asked that may times but did not receive any answer . I had received intimating calls for order delay earlier that helped me to manage time or order something else if required, it was a good practice and now they dont even bother. My only concern is timely intimation so that a customer can plan accordingly
