Literally the worst customer service ever.
I don't know why but now you can't talk to real people through chat and that chat bot is of no use at all. And at last when you can't do anything and you mail to them, they take ages to reply and that too not providing you the solution, just to wait.
It's been more than a month that I didn't received my order and asked for a refund and I haven't gotten it yet. Every time I mail them, they ask me to wait for 48 hrs and its literally been more than a month that their 48 hours wait doesn't end. And the best part is you cant do anything. You cant chat, you cant call, just you can mail that too no one is ever going to reply.
I seriously want to sue them for this.
Zomato, if you read this then better refund my money than making me wait for zillion years.
