Okay so I have used the Zomato service for many months. I know what I'm talking about, for every malfunction I used to blame myself for that. I was wrong. I believe Zomato is doing its best for keeping their service on top but are failing constantly because of their poor connectivity with the employees. I tried my best to understand its structure but now its causing me problems. Even after the viral video controversy. I gave it a shot, but ended up with order cancellation right before the delivery time! I had enough and it was the time to sign off and move on to onter platform. My experience was not very good, I dont know whether it was because of the area I was living in at the time or what. But zomato should do audit and do some research before opening any handle.
