Very bad service

I am a old customer of zomato and I order food almost 3 to 4 days in a week, so I ordered a food 9 days ago and after 10 minutes I cancelled the order but zomato valet told me they will give me refund within 72 hours but after 3 days I have not got the refund, so I called to their customer service and they told me they will refund within 24 hours, from that day I am waiting for refund
