Initially the zomato services were good
As the time passes I feel its service quality is deteriorating. Nowadays there is no cash payment for many resturants.
Zomato support is not effective. Somtimes they do not deliver the complete order and aren’t bothered when we complain them and even if they do they ultimately blame on the hotel mangers.
