Zomato trying to deliver an unordered item, not sure how can it do that without that being in the ordered list. How does the store picks a different item against my order ID? Who is in order management? Who does packing? Finally delivers an un-ordered, unwanted item to the customer at the cost of the customer. How pathetic scenario, the Zomato is creating, and claims itself as a Huge Delivery Partner, by charging huge commissions with lot of TV Commercials / Digital Marketing strategies, which in-turn unable to delivery the goods as per the order(Prepaid). Zomato is more satisfied with it’s reach and target commissions, looks like Zomato has ignored to satisfy the customer by doing justice to the commissions charged from the customers/restaurants. More focus on head count / commissions, and actual order and delivery management. How to rate? What is star rating?

Please feed the customer as per order, whether it is HOT or COLD but don’t feed what you have in store!
Zomato, please define your own star rating for your doings and you ONLY can JUSTIFY for all your doings as a GIANT DELIVERY PARTNER!
Try to satisfy the customer for the commissions you charge, and not otherwise!
